Note:
All landlords are required to submit the application for installation, minor repairs, major renovation and upgrading works with
minimum seven (7) working days’ notice to the Management Office.

All owners are required to submit to Management one (1) week in advance for the approval for the following drawings relating any
structural alterations or deviation from the approval plans before the commencement work.

THIS NOTICE MUST BE PLACED INFRONT OF THE DOOR
 Contractors are not allowed to work on Saturday,
UPON COMMENCING WORK UNTIL THE WORK COMPLETED.
after 1.00 pm, Sunday and Public Holiday.
THE MANAGEMENT RESEVES THE RIGHT TO ASK THE
CONTRACTOR TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IF THIS IS NOT  Except for sudden breakdown :
