Lesson Outline:

Introduction (5 minutes)

1. Greeting and Objective Overview

2. Icebreaker Activity

Conduct a quick icebreaker where students share one thing they contributed to a group task recently.

Direct Instruction (10 minutes)

1. Personal Contribution (4.1)

Define personal contribution and its impact on team success.

Use examples from the Learner's Skills Book 7 to illustrate key points.

2. Teamwork (4.2)

Discuss the elements of effective teamwork.
