Today We are going to discuss about the topic
named “Dimensions of Sustainable
Development.
Presently Development is the biggest cause of
increasing pollution and decreasing natural
resources. The only way to combat this situation
is Sustainable Development. Sustainable
Development refers to a way of living that meets
the needs of the present without compromising
the ability of future generations to meet their
own needs.

SOCIAL DIMENSION
 The social dimension of sustainable
development is concerned with improving the
quality of life and social cohesion, and
creating more just and resilient societies. It
focuses on the following areas: Poverty
reduction and equity Social investment: This
includes investment in health, education, and
skills development. Safe and caring
communities Social inclusion Demographic
changes

ENVIRONMENT DIMENSION
The environmental dimension of
sustainable development focuses on the
conservation and responsible
management of natural resources to
ensure a healthy planet for future
generations. It emphasizes the need to
balance economic growth and social
equity with environmental protection.
