○ Develop a compliance checklist aligned with WRAP/BSCI/SA8000 standards for
your garment production plan.
4. Supply Chain Flow:
○ Submit a supply chain flow diagram outlining procurement, production, and
delivery stages.
5. Buyer Communication:
○ Create a strategy for handling buyer negotiations, order finalization, and ongoing
communication throughout the production process.
