It’s an EPC Project and Sicim has to do Engineering, procurement and construction of Yanbu Gas
Pipeline Project Phase-III which is under SWCC Client and purpose of this project is to supply fuel gas
to SWCC Power and Desalination Plant at Yanbu 3, Al-Madinah Province, KSA. The Ministry of Energy
allocated 640 MMSCFD based on the HV of 1080BTU/SCF of sales gas to SWCC. The Sales Gas
Delivery System is defined as all pipeline, piping, valves, instrumentation, filtration and custody
transfer metering skid, electrical equipment, communications and any other necessary facilities to
transport Sales Gas from SAUDI ARAMCO Primary Industrial Sales Gas Supply Pipeline header (KP-
19) to SWCC Phase-3 facilities. The Project has 5 main working areas as follows. Tie-in Launcher Area
at KP-19, Sectionalizing Valve Station, Receiver, Pipeline and plant scope area.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide leadership in developing, communicating, reviewing, organizing, and
preparing work scope, detailed work plan, and workable Maintenance schedule
Review engineering deliverables including piping plan, PIDs, Isometrics , structure
fabrication drawings etc.
Preparation of packages and technical evaluation of the package with vendor to handle
the job safely within the time line.
Monitor, review and updates turnaround scheduled activities and third party

Saudi Aramco awarded Replace Utility Packaged Boilers at BGP Project to JGC Gulf International .
Project work involved Replace Utility Packaged Boilers having weight was 500 Ton of each HP Boiler
which Sendan installed through specialized Rigging Company Mammoet with the help of skidding and
jacking along with economizer, stack, FD Fan, Piping, Structure, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical &
Instrumentation work at BGP Project. Demolition of 2 x LP Boilers (476-F-1A/B), 2 x HP Boilers (476-
F2A/B) and Installation of 2 x New HP Boilers (476-F-1001 & 1002).
JGC sub-contracted to Sendan all site equipment demolition & erection, piping & steel structure
fabrication & erection, civil foundation work, electrical & instrumentation work. Peak manpower was
350 no’s
[Link] RO Plant Installation with Flour EPC Contractor
This Project awarded by SADARA /DOW to Flour EPC Company then Flour awarded the Constructing
scope to Sendan. Scope was covering the Mechanical, Piping and E & I scope. Civil foundation was
also part of scope. Project worth was 36 Million and project span was
11 months and peak manpower was 380. Project bottlenecks was Construction of all activities in one
place so it was a difficult task to complete the task on time because crashing technique was not also
possible to attain the Progress. Anyhow due to esteem support of Director and higher management
technical support, Sendan completed RO plant installation Project within timeframe.
Due to this achievement, Sendan having is performing a lot of Construction activities in Sadara
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

etc.
