Important protective measures and important safety tips
Following basic safety protective measures shall be abided by while using the machine, including:
1.Please carefully read all the specifications before operation.
2.The safety training must be done for the operators before operation.
3.The machine must be grounded properly (grounding symbols are labelled in the middle insert of the
accessary power lines)
4.Make sure that the power supply is AC110V±10%, frequency is 50Hz and power ≥500VA.
5.Before operation, please firstly check the running program and corresponding products.
6.Please shut down the machine and unplug it from the power socket while maintaining, cleaning or
moving the machine.
7.The machine must be attended by operator while the power is on.
8.The machine is not a toy, keep the children away from it.
9.Do not operate the machine under the below circumstances: the power line or the socket is damaged,
the machine cannot work normally, the machine was thrown, damaged or the machine was fed with
water.
10.Keep fingers away from the moving parts of the machine, pay special attention to the surrounding
of the liquid injection needle.
11.The operators must take actions to protect them from the scald while heating the liquid.
12.Do not throw in or indraft any impurities in the liquid storage barrel, liquid pipe and liquiding
machine.
13.The function of the machine is limited to the stipulated scope of the specification and only
accessories made by recommended manufacturers in the specification can be used.

14.Make sure to use the proper liquid injection needle. Improper liquid inject needle may bend the
needle or damage the products to be injected.
15.Do not use liquid filling products with excessive tolerances (the tolerance shall be ≦1.5%).

I. Set up the operation steps
1.Move the machine to steady platform and plug the power supply. Please check videos (connect the
power supply)
2.Pour the heated liquid into the liquid storage barrel (do not exceed 90% of the barrel). Please check
videos (pour the liquid into the barrel)
3.Turn on the power switch, click reset and turn on the heating switch; heat the machine for 10 minutes.

4.Put a container under the liquid filling machine (to put the fluids discharged from the liquid filling
machine) and switch to the debugging state, click preparation and then take away the container
afterwards. Please check videos (exhausting and cleaning) (Skip this operation in the event that there
is no air inside the silicone tube and liquid filling machine)
5.Click archive page and click sequence number (input the sequence number of the program to be
filled) and click callout (complete the callout), then, click the auto page. Please check videos (call out
archives)
6.Put the jig with products on the machine and switch to auto state and click start for the automatic
filling. Please check videos (automatic filling)
7.After completion, replace the jig and start again. Please check videos (replace the jig)
8.After completing the production task, turn off the heating switch and then, turn off the power switch.

II. Product introduction
1. Overview
The automatic liquid filling (single-head) can complete the filling by electric control and it does not
need air pump. The filling amount and speed are adjustable, which is more intelligent. The operation
is simple and the size is small. It features for the high precision, high efficiency and good stability.
Applicable products: Fluids with high precision and viscosity, such as tobacco tar without particles,
liquid, high value essential liquid and hand sanitizer.

III. Touch screen instruction
1. Boot screen
Select Chinese or English to enter system option after starting up
2. Auto page
Step X: Start from which step, the initial step of the machine is 0.
Output: Calculate the amount of the liquid filling; click “clear” to zero.
Filling amount: The amount can be adjusted according to the products to be filled.
Preparation: To evacuate the air inside the liquid filling machine so as to fill in fluids (the liquid filling
machine must be filled with fluids to ensure the accurate filling amount, in this way, the machine can
start to operate. The preparation can only be clicked under debug state)
Reset: The machine will return to the preparation state (Reset must be done after starting up to proceed
the next step)
Start: The machine will automatically operate (The machine can only be automatically operated under
auto mode)
State display: auto (automatic operation), debug (the machine is under debugging)

Filling amount: Adjust the amount of filling.
Filling speed: Set the speed of liquid filling, the higher the concentration, the slower the speed.
Filling reset speed: Set the liquid absorption speed after filling
Clean speed: Set the liquid absorption speed while cleaning
Clean times: Set the times of repeated filling and liquid absorption while cleaning.
Filling amount test: Simulate the liquid filling once so as to test the filling amount.
Clean: Clean the liquid filling machine according to the set clean times.

Z work starting point: The upper limit for moving up and down each time during operation of Z.
Z filling distance: The upward moving distance of Z while filling liquid.
Z work speed: The moving speed for Z to the liquid filling point while filling.
Z work reset speed: The moving speed towards the upper limit for Z after filling.
5. Archive page
Archive page keeps records for the liquid filling data of the filling route. Click save (password is 888)
to save the data of current setting; the machine can save multiple routes. Once the liquid filling route
is saved, you can enter the sequence number into No. box for use next time.

6. Debug page (key point)
Debug shall be done under the debugging condition.
X-coordinate: The data on X-coordinate for liquid filling in three-dimensional space
Y-coordinate: The data on Y-coordinate for liquid filling in three-dimensional space
Z-coordinate: The data on Z-coordinate for liquid filling in three-dimensional space
(X moves left and right, Y moves forward and backward, Z moves up and down)
Edit speed: It can move in a wide range under H Speed condition and L Speed condition is used for
the final fine adjustment.
Positioning steps: Use jig to put the product and move the liquid filling needle to the first point; press
“Write in” , generating the XYZ data of initial point (the 0 step data for the liquid filling on the edit
page), next step is to generate data from the auto generate route page.
7. Auto generate route page (key point)
The initial point is the XYZ coordinates data of the point that the debug page positioning to write in,
the product interval can be fixed according to the jig for other liquid filling. As shown in figure, the

spacing of each column for jig X is 20, there are 10 columns in total, then, the spacing for X axis is 20
and column number is 10; as for jig Y, the spacing is 20, 10 lines in total, then, the spacing for Y axis
is 20 and line number is 10. Press confirm and the system will automatically generate the route.
8. System setting
It requires administrator’s password and shall not be modified by non-professionals; below the factory
setting before delivery and the parameters can be adjusted according to customer’s products.

IV. Heating device
Heating device can only heat under P0/H condition. The machine has been set before delivery. Please
note that non-professionals are not allowed to press SET for system setting.
Turn on the temperature control switch and adjust the temperature (generally, adjust once and you just
need to turn on the switch in future)
Condition instruction of indicator light and nixie tube:
Indicator light: The indicator light is off, meaning that the relay disconnects and if the light is on, it

means that the relay is closed.
Nixie tube: Display “---“, 1. The temperature sensor is missing or damaged 2. High-temperature
protection under heating mode 3. Low-temperature protection under cooling mode. The relay will
automatically disconnect under protection mode.
How to use the button: there are three buttons on the panel of temperature controller, “+”, “-“ and
“SET”
Button “+” : for the fast increasing of values
Button “-” : for the fast decreasing of values
Button “Restart”: Restart
SET: to set the two-layer interface (temperature and parameter setting interface)
Press “+, -“ to quickly set the temperature
Heating device has set the parameters and operators can press SET and then press “+,-“ to adjust
the temperature. It is not allowed to be modified by non-professionals. Insert the heating tube to the
power outlet at the rear of heating tube and press its switch to start heating.
V. Handling of general faults

Dismount and replace the liquiding machine: dismount the shell and remove the push rod setting
screws, mounting screws of liquid filling machine and set screws of the liquid injection needle.
VI. Maintenance
The machine shall be used in a dust-free indoor environment.
The travel guide and the liquid injection screw shall be lubricated once a month (once every six months
for dust-free plant)
The machine is mainly used to precisely inject liquid for the bottles.
Excessive speed that beyond the limit will compromise the accuracy and accelerate the abrasion of the
machine, which is adverse to the safety.
