Executive Summary
This business proposal outlines a physical sales activity involving the setup of a food stall
during the upcoming ‘Entrepreneurship Day’ event. Our group plans to sell freshly made
waffles, a popular and versatile snack that appeals especially to students and young adults
due to its wide variety of toppings, affordable price and convenience.
We selected waffles as our product of choice because of their proven popularity, ease of
preparation, and ability to cater to various taste preferences — whether sweet or savoury. By
offering customizable options such as chocolate drizzle, honey drizzle, crunchy cornflakes,
oreo crumbs and ice cream, we aim to attract a wide customer base and stand out among
other food stalls.
The main objective of this activity is to provide our team with hands-on experience in
entrepreneurship, covering aspects such as product development, pricing strategy, budgeting,
marketing, customer service, and teamwork. At the same time, we aim to promote the fun and
creative side of street food culture, showcasing how simple snacks like waffles can be turned
into an attractive, Instagram-worthy dessert.
Our stall is designed to be visually appealing, hygienic, and efficient in service to ensure
customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. With strategic planning and a student-friendly
pricing model, we are confident that this initiative will generate strong sales while fulfilling our
learning goals.
