The Competent Authority has accepted your offered rates in
connection with the subject work. The total cost of the work at the
accepted rates works out to Rs. 8141190.32 (Rupees Eighty-One Lakh
Fourty-One Thousand One Hundred And Ninety Rupees And Thirty-Two
Paise Only)
A sum of Rs.0 deposited as Earnest Money vide IREPS reference ID
NIL has been retained towards initial Security Money for due and faithful
fulfillment of the contract, and the balance Security Money will be
recovered from the progressive bills @ 6 % of the bill amount till it
reaches 5 % of the contract value in terms of clause 16 (1) of General
Contract Conditions, April-2022.
You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in the form as
given in Clause 16 (4) of General Contract Condition, April-2022
equivalent to 5 % of the contract value amounting to Rs. 407059.52
(Rupees Four Lakh Seven Thousand And Fifty-Nine Rupees And Fifty-
Two Paise Only) within 21 days from the date of issue of Letter of
Acceptance, valid up to stipulated date of completion plus 60 days so that
contract agreement can be executed. You are requested to deposit Bank
Guarantee Bond or in any acceptable form issued from SBI any
Nationalized Bank as performance guarantee in the form of as given in
Clause 16 (4) of General Contract Condition, April-2022 equivalent to 5%
of contract value amounting to Rs. 4,07,059.52/- (Four Lakh Seven
Thousand And Fifty-Nine Rupees And Fifty-Two Paise Only) valid up to
Two month beyond the date of completion and you are also requested to
submit Exemption Start Up Earnest Money Rs.1,77,500/- i.e. Total value
Rs. (4,07,060.00 + 1,77,500) i.e. Rs.5,84,560.00/- (Rupees Five lakh
Eighty-Four thousand Five hundred And Sixty only) duly pledge in favour
of FA & CAO/[Link], Hajipur payable at State Bank of India,
Hajipur and attend this office to execute the contract agreement within 21
days from issue of LOA. Extension of time for submission of PG beyond
21 (Twenty one) days and up to 60 days from the date of issue of LOA
may be given by the authority who is competent to sign the contract
agreement. However, a panel interest of 12% per annum shall be charged
for the delay beyond 21 (Twenty one) days, i.e. from 22nd day after the
date of issue of LOA. Further, if the 60th day happens to be a declare
holiday in the concerned office of the Railway, submission of PG can be
accepted on the next working day. In case the contractor fails to submit the
requisite PG within 60 days from the date of issue of LOA, the contract
shall be terminated and contractor shall be debarred from participating in
re-tender for a period of 12 months from the date such banning done on e-
platform ireps.
The entire work shall be completed within 9 month from the date of
issue of Letter of Acceptance. Final date of completion of the work may
be read 06.11.2023.
LEO, EPFO & OTHER REQUISITE LICENSES:: You are requested to
contact respective labour Enforcement office (C) & EPFO and arrange to
obtain Requisite labour license without delay if labour required are more
than twenty in number and submit the same to this office and also intimate
the strength of labour engaged in this work.
FORFEITURE OF EMD:: It may be noted that if you do not act indicated
in Para No.3 above and fail to undertake the contract after acceptance of
tender, the full earnest money will be forfeited.
FORMAL AGREEMENT:: Until a formal contract agreement is prepared
and executed, acceptance latter shall constitute a binding contract.

further necessary action in the regard.
REBATE:: 8.25%.
All Other terms and conditions, as stipulated in the tender documents
shall be applicable.
