A tour itinerary is a detailed plan for a tour that outlines the events, activities, and locations that
will be included. It's a roadmap for the trip that helps ensure visitors make the most of their time.
Instruction:
1. Students to work per group with 4-5 members to operate a travel agency
on tourist spots with in their municipality/ province or region that will cater
to the following specifications:
a. The tour will last for 2 days and 1 night
b. Family of 5, Mother, Father, 14 yr. old son, 5 yr. and 2 yr. son.
c. This family prefer a nature trip with scenic view, less technology engagement,
cozy rooms and relaxing ambience of rural areas.
d. When it comes to food they have 2 younger kids that are picky eaters.
e. They prefer a hassle-free tour with in a budget.
2. Itinerary must be edited using ICT software such as Canva or Microsoft then printed in
an A4 bond paper or for paperless checking you may opt for softcopy.

S.A 2: EVENT BRIEF A.K.A EVENT PLAN (30 POINTS)


Instructions:
1. Base on the situation below, students to develop an event brief or event plan. Students will be
guided through the questions on the template and subject teachers may add other information
that will help the students. Bold/highlighted word/words can give hint for the students such as

April 12 is the 8th birthday of little Aarav, a boy with a curious heart and a passion for music
and art, living in a small, remote village tucked away in the hills. The village, far from the hustle and
bustle of city life, has no electricity or internet, and the only sound most days is the rustling of leaves
and the occasional chirp of birds. They are also accustomed to sustainable living, which they avoid using
single use plastic containers, bottles ets. Aarav's family is large—eight members in total, living in a
modest home. They make a living by working the garden that surrounds their house, growing
vegetables to feed themselves and occasionally selling surplus at the local market. As students studying
the basics of hospitality and tourism, you are task to make a surprise birthday party for this little boy
considering the factors stated above.
2. Divide the task among yourselves and each individual must contribute in planning through the
tasked assign to him/her.
3. Collate and agree on the plan then summarize it using the template below. (Handwritten for
