M&E Analysis From the different topic discussed, there are evaluations
conducted after the discussions. It includes questions about what
they feel about the discussion itself. It is also conducted through
google forms and can be answered online. The evaluation
consist of three parts which are Session Evaluation, Facilitator
Evaluation, and Comments/Suggestion.

On the first part of the evaluation, The participant’s


assesment of the program when it comes to the session itself
includes questions like if the session started on time and ended
on time also, is the topic relevant to our work, if the
objectiveness of the session were achieved, is the topic/activities
are congruent to objectives and were appropriate to adult
learners, is participants engaged in activities, if the learning
materials are relevant, adequate, and given on time and is the
time allotment is adequate. All of these questions received 80%
of STRONGLY AGREE answer and the remaining percentage
answered AGREE. It means that the participants are satisfied on
how the sessions were performed and handled. Other done that
they also gave comments about the question how the session
can be will be improved. Some of them answered “none” or
“there’s no need for improvement”, “good job” and “the session
was clearly discussed by the facilitator”.
On the second part which is facilitator evaluation, the
questions are does the facilitator exhibited mastery of the topic,
expressed ideas clearly, asked stimulating questions, processed
questions and responses to deepen learning, was sensitive to
participant’s mood, maintained positive learning environment,
and observed appropriate attire. Most of the participants
answered STRONGLY AGREE and it means that they admit that
the facilitator gave them a well-discussed topics and sessions.

Lastly, on the third part which is comments/suggestions. Participants


gave comments and suggestions like “the topic is clearly discussed”,
“there is no room for improvement”, “excellent”, “good job” and “well
prepared”.

General Comments When it comes to delivery, all of the facilitators are well prepared
and Issues and delivers the topic very well. Participants shows cooperation and
Encountered they answer all the time whenever the facilitator asked questions.
Then the powerpoint presentations presented effectively and provide
the right information that the participants needed to know.

Recommendations As teachers, we really need an awful determination,dedication and


self-discipline alone ,reaching our goals would be impossible ,but
