CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

Rental shall continue to be charged until the vehicle is returned and formally handed over.
4. Fuel
The vehicle shall be returned with the same petrol level as at the time of handover.
Any shortage will be charged at prevailing rates.
5. Damages & Responsibility
Any damages to vehicle parts shall be replaced by the Renter at their own cost.
If damages occur due to the Renter’s own fault, rectification shall be carried out by the Renter.
Loss of accessories (jack, tools, stereo, spare wheel, etc.) shall be charged to the Renter.
The Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle or its parts,
regardless of cause, during the rental period. Rectification or replacement shall be at the Renter’s
cost, and rental charges shall continue until the vehicle is repaired and made available again.
6. Traffic Fines & Violations
All traffic fines, parking charges, and penalties during the rental period shall be borne by the
Renter.
7. Prohibited Use
The Renter shall not:
Use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or towing.
Allow any unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle.
Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances.
Drive the vehicle off-road, through waterlogged areas, or on unsafe terrain.
Smoke inside the car or carry pets without proper protection (cleaning/repair charges apply if
violated).

8. Vehicle Protection & Care
The Renter shall park the car in safe and legal locations only.
The Renter must lock the vehicle and activate security features when unattended.
The Renter shall not overload the vehicle beyond its seating or weight capacity.
The Renter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness; excess dirt, stains, or odors may incur
cleaning charges.
The Owner may deduct charges for any negligence that reduces the car’s value or performance.
9. Late Return
Any delay beyond the agreed time shall attract extra hour charges.
If the delay exceeds 6 hours without notice, one full day’s rental fee will apply.
10. Vehicle Condition
The Renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in good condition, with no visible damages except
as recorded at the time of handover.
The Owner reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at the time of return.
11. Termination
The Owner may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Renter breaches any terms.
No refunds shall be given for early termination by the Renter.
