Quote to Cash (QTC) and Order to Cash (O2C) process wherein the customer's order for GE Healthcare
products, which we configure in Oracle e-business suite R12 application. Once the order is processed under
Sales Workbench quote is generated, procured invoices will get generated, later we process sales orders, order
fulfilment, release, and delivery, till the transaction completes to generate revenue for GEHC.

Order Management Specialist (OMS):


• Joined as a fresher in GE healthcare project with TCS Mumbai branch.
• Got trained on ACC- Ambulatory care center modality for order booking direct from clients. Received quick
learner award. Later expanded, got trained on complete USCAN. LCS- Life care solutions, Ultrasound, DI-Digital
Imaging.
• Creating the order package in Pega & accepting the customer quote in GLPROD Oracle and creating GON
after validating Policy 5.0 documents related to the order.
• Entering the order details in eOM in line with PO and Quote associated with it, ensuring Bill to and Ship to
addresses are matching the PO submitted by customer.
• Making sure items are entered with appropriate sourcing factory.
• If Order is on Credit hold, sending the order details to finance team to get the order released from credit
team, once the order is released from credit holds. The items will be made assemble to order (ATO) and create
demand order (CDO) in line with the warehouse associated in GLPROD and sales order acknowledgement
(SOA) needs to be sent to respective sales representative.
• Booking the GE Healthcare product orders which are submitted by sales and deal management group.
• Once the order is delivered through medium of logistics and availing POD details from freight carrier the
same details are intimated to GE.
•Once the order is placed successfully at customer place. The next would-be clearing Backlog orders by
accepting Revenue in eOM.
•worked in Oracle E-Business Suite R12/ GLPROD, eOM-e-Order Management Tool, Java, Pega/ MyOrder, and
remote desktop as application for Order management and Supply Chain Management.
