Design Thinking is an
iterative process that
seeks to identify and solve
complex problems by
approaching them from
the user's perspective.

THINKING
IN AL LIFE?
Teaching Design Thinking is at the heart of their
mission. The idea of defining a problem,
iterating and prototyping, and then testing a
solution has proven to be an effective way to
solve problems in both education and the real
world.
When InkSmith was approached about the shortage
of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the
Waterloo Region of Ontario, Canada, their team
quickly drew on their Design Thinking experience
to figure out how it should be attacked.
