APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

ABOVE NAMED ACCUSED, through counsel from the Public


Attorney’s Office, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
avers;

1. That, he is a Filipino citizen, of legal age, presently detained in


Sarangani Provincial Jail in connection with the above entitled case;

2. On 09 August 2019, the accused pleaded guilty to a lesser offense


under Section 12, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165. He was re-
arraigned and meted to suffer penalty of imprisonment within the
range of Pricion Correccional and to pay a fine of Ten Thousand
Pesos (P10, 000.00);

3. The herein accused possesses all the qualifications and none of


the disqualifications for probation;

4. Accused bind himself to submit for investigation before the


Parole and Probation Office and should his application for Probation
be given due course, he will start a new life and undertake to strictly
comply the terms and conditions of their probation.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable
Court that the herein Application for Probation be given due course.
