RE: IATF TRAVEL PASS APPROVAL FOR ROWELL MAGUDANG

Dear Secretary Galvez:

This letter is to endorse and follow-up the request for an


issuance of an IATF Travel Pass in favor of Rowell P. Magudang
authority to travel from General Trias, Cavite going to Brgy. Santa
Maria, Cab. 8, Ilagan City, Isabela arising from the car sale transaction
of Grand Starex with plate number UQV 364 to Elmer Matu. Also, if the
sale is consummated, the above-mentioned requester will be using
Toyota Vios with plate number NBH 2638 on his return to Cavite.

The travel is justified and necessitated despite COVID travel


restrictions for the following reasons: (1) mostly, for financial
provisions of the family because Rowell Magudang is currently
unemployed; (2) for the tuition fees of the requester’s two children
namely Gerome Magudang, age fifteen (15) and Gianna Magudang,
age six (6). Incoming grade 10 and grade 1 this school year,
respectively; and (3) There is a monthly car amortization due that
cannot be shouldered due to loss of business profit. The purchase
price of the car sale transaction would be of great help to the
requester’s family during these trying times.
