This is to inform you that your name is included in the hereunder names of ARBs annotated in the
existing Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) for parcelization in accordance with
Administrative Order (A.O.) No. 01, Series of 2021, titled “Revised Guidelines and Procedures on the
Parcelization of Landholdings with Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award”:

In view of this, may we invite you to a consultation meeting to be held at the Barangay Hall, Brgy.
Geguinta, Las Navas, Northern Samar on ______________________ at 8:00 AM for the purpose of
discussing existing parcelization of the CCLOA and the issuance of subsequent Computerized Titles (c-
Titles) to the ARBs concerned. The agenda of the meeting are:

1. Reasons of parcelization of existing CCLOA;


2. Manner of Lot Allocations to ARBs;
3. Schedule of activities for the conduct of lot allocation, subdivision survey, etc.;
4. Preparation and execution of the required documents (i.e., Lot Allocation
Agreement/MARPO/Designated Personnel Report on Equitable Lot Allocation, Certified Copy
of Owner’s Duplicate Copy, etc.); and
5. Payment of Real Property Tax.

Failure to attend the above scheduled meeting shall be construed as consent to proceed with the
parcelization process by the PARPO.
