Dear Sir :

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a situation that requires my
daughter (Nor-Asiyah U. Casimra) absence from your respective class last April 15,2024 due to
an unavoidable circumstance. Unfortunately, we have recently experienced a personal loss in our
family, and she need to attend the funeral of her lola at Tagoloan Lanao Del Norte (ina a bae).

I understand the importance of her class activities, and I assure you that her absence was not a
decision taken lightly. However, given the circumstances, it is essential for us to be present to
support and be with our family during this kind of difficult time. Please understand that this is a
significant and unavoidable family obligation.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my daughter absence, and I appreciate your
understanding and support during this challenging period. I hope you would kindly allow her to
make-up for the assignments, lessons and activities she missed during her absence.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Sincerely,
Sawiya Mao Ungca Casimra
Mother
