The Competent Authority has accepted your offered rates in connection with the subject
work. The total cost of the work at the accepted rates works out to Rs. 2312307.66 (Rupees
Twenty-Three Lakh Twelve Thousand Three Hundred And Seven Rupees And Sixty-Six Paise
Only)

A sum of Rs.45100 deposited as Earnest Money vide IREPS reference ID

PE961419544028 has been retained towards initial Security Money for due and faithful
fulfillment of the contract, and the balance Security Money will be recovered from the
progressive bills @ 6 % of the bill amount till it reaches 5 % of the contract value in terms of
clause 16 (1) to 16 (3) of GCC -April-2022.

You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in the form as given in Clause 16 (4)
of GCC-April-2022 equivalent to 5 % of the contract value amounting to Rs. 115615.38
(Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred And Fifteen Rupees And Thirty-Eight Paise
Only) within 21 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, valid up to stipulated date
of completion plus 60 days so that contract agreement can be executed. The successful bidder
shall have to submit a Performance Guarantee (PG) within 21 (Twenty one)days from the date
of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) in favour of [Link]/KOTA/WCR. Extension of time
for submission of PG beyond 21(Twenty one) days and up to 60 days from the date of issue of
LOA may be given by the Authority who is competent to sign the contract agreement.
However, a penal interest of 12% per annum shall be charged for the delay beyond 21(Twenty
one) days, i.e. from 22ndday after the date of issue of LOA. Further, if the 60th day happens to
be a declared holiday in the concerned office of the Railway, submission of PG can be accepted
on the next working day. In all other cases, if the Contractor fails to submit the requisite PG
even after 60 days from the date of issue of LOA, the contract is liable to be terminated. In
case contract is terminated railway shall be entitled to forfeit Earnest Money Deposit and other
dues payable against that contract. In case a tenderer has not submitted Earnest Money Deposit
on the strength of their registration as a Startup recognized by Department of Industrial Policy
and Promotion (DIPP) under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, DIPP shall be informed to
this effect. The failed Contractor shall be debarred from participating in re-tender for that
work.

The entire work shall be completed within 12 month from the date of issue of Letter of
Acceptance.

Shramik kalyan details: [Link] Contractor should upload details of their LOAs, engaged workmen
,wage payment details , PE/ESI details, bonus details etc on monthly basis on Railway Shramik
kalyan [Link][As per RB, New Delhi Letter No.
2018/CE-I/CT/4 dated 17/10/2018 and GCC Clause 55 (c)].

Shramik kalyan details: [Link] While Processing payment of any ON Account Bill or Final Bill or
release of Advances or PG/SD , contractor shall submit a certificate to the Engineer or
Engineer Representatives that I have uploaded the correct details of contract Labours engaged
in connection with this contract and payments made to them during the wage period in
Railway's Shramik Kalyan Portal at [Link] till ________

Prices and payments:-: 3: The Prices are inclusive of all taxes, Payments will be made as per
tender documents, PVC is not applicable for this case.

certificate in MB.

Scope Of work and special condition: 6: The work shall be carried out as per technical
specifications, explanatory notes and special conditions contain in the tender document

Remarks 8:-: You are advised to get yourself registered immediately under the contract and
labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970 with the concerned regional labour commissioner
/Assistant Labour Commissioner. Further you should intimate the date of commencement and
completion of work to the concerned regional labour commissioner. All the responsibility
regarding security and other favours will be all yours. Please inform the number of employees
to be deputed for the present work by you to this office.

Remarks 9 :-: While every care has been taken to fully incorporate the decision of the
Accepting authority regarding acceptance of your offer , The railway administration reserves
the rights to correct the inadvertent mistakes which may have occurred in communication of
the accepted rates and other terms and conditions of the accepted rates and other terms and
conditions at the time of signing the formal Contract agreement between the contractor and the
railway administration
