COASTAL CLEAN UP DRIVE 2025

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, a Coastal Clean-Up activity


was conducted, participated in by NSTP students. Their
section was assigned to Wawa, Calapan City, along with
other [Link] call time was set at 5:00 AM. Upon
arrival, the students registered their attendance
according to their respective sections. Shortly after, the
coordinator arrived and assigned some students to
conduct a mangrove count. The remaining students were
tasked with cleaning, equipped with garbage bags and
brooms.

Upon reaching the designated area, the students


immediately worked together to clean the
surroundings. Some swept and gathered trash, while
others placed the collected waste into garbage bags.
After several minutes of cleaning, the garbage bags
were filled with [Link] the clean-up, a photo
opportunity was held for all participants and each
section.

After the photo session, the students ensured that the


collected garbage was properly secured to prevent any
spillage during transportation. The male students were
assigned to carry the garbage bags containing leaves and
other waste materials.
In summary, this activity provided students with the
opportunity to experience community service firsthand and
contribute to environmental sustainability. All participants
were actively involved and contributed to the success of the
event.
