Weekly Progress Report on Multiple Sites: LG2126, EN0833, ED1039, RV0727,
and ED1037

The construction update cover
the following Site:
1. LG2126,
2. EN0833,
3. ED1039,
4. RV0727, and
5. ED1037.
Current Status of Each Site
Currently,
A. LG2126: is progressing with the completion of foundation base and Column, Retaining wall, Rigging,
and painting of the tower. Ongoing at the site is the Guard House Construction, site levelling, erection of
pallisade etc.
B. EN0833: Through with the Excavation, foundation base rebar, foundation column rebar ongoing.
C. ED1039: Pile foundation at the site completed excavation for the retaining wall and pile cap is ongoing.
D. RV0727: As built Drawing has been prepared, remain the final cleaning, bulglary iin GH, retaining wall
dressing and razor wire installation.
E. ED1037: at the stage of handing over & commisioning. As-built drawing has been prepared, awaiting the
form H1-H7s.

Challenges Encountered
• Unforeseen Community/security issues for RV0727
• Delay in provision of finance for LG2126 caused a serious delay
and the management has taken care of that.
• Unforeseen community issue/payment where our Piler equipment
were seized caused a serious delay for our site.
• Modification of Drawing for EN0833 took almost a week for
changes and approval.
• The ongoing weather-related (Raining season) delays LG2126
works sometimes.
Next Steps
As we move forward, prioritizing the
acceleration of assembly at LG2126
and speedup work on EN0833 is
crucial to keep the project on
schedule. This will involve
deploying additional labor resources
to streamline processes for LG2126,
EN0833 and ED1039 by the vendor.
Timeline Updates
This week’s timeline updates highlight that
• LG2126 is not progressing with the anticipated time.
• EN0833 is behind the planned scheduled.
• ED1039 is not progressing as expected.
• RV0727 and ED1037 is within the final stage of handing over
Conclusions
For the last 1 week most of our site has experience
different challenges which has slowed the work
progress and the management is working tirelessly to
avoid such problem in the future.
