KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Sale of Electronic Bike is made and executed by and
between:
AIZA ALPAY CARRANZA of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Blk 7 Lot 3, 8th st., MS1 Lancaster New City, Barangay Navarro,
General Trias City, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER/VENDOR;
-and-
ANTONIA CAPADA LUMBAB, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and
a resident of Blk 1 Lot 20, Peninsula Homes, Barangay Navarro, General Trias
City, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER/VENDEE.

That the vendor is the registered owner of a motor vehicle, which is
more particularly described as follows:

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 33,000.00), receipt from which is hereby
acknowledged from her, the vendor hereby SELLS, CEDES and CONVEYS in a
manner that is absolute the above-described electronic bike in favor of the
vendee, her heirs, successors in interests, free from all liens and
encumbrances.
