RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY CAPTAIN VEMAR EMBODO AND BARANGAY


TREASURER ELMYRA T. DEPALUBOS TO TRANSACT AT DEPOSITORY BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES
CHARGE TO THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) FUND

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 17 (a) of R. A. 71160 otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991 , Local Government Unit shall endeavor itself to be self- reliant and likewise exercise such
other powers and discharge such other functions and responsibilities as are necessary , appropriate or
incidental to efficient and effective provision of basic services.

WHEREAS , The Sangguninag Kabataan Council is working hard to come up with a resolution for
th
the 15 Mindanao Geographical Conference trainings/seminar registration fee and other related
expenses for the training.

WHEREAS, The Sannguniang Kabataan Members have decided to have a resolution to


allocate budget for the 15 th Mindanao Geographical Conference training/seminar of the SK Chairman
amounting fourteen thousand seven hundred sixty pesos (Php 14,760.00) and it was moved by Hon.
Joey Relativo and duly seconded by the august body.

NOW THEREFORE :

Be it RESOLVED ,as it is hereby RESOLVED , by the Sangguniang Kabataan Members to pass and adopt a
resolution to allocate budget for the registration fee and other related expenses for the trainings and
seminars of the SK Chairperson.

RESOLVED FURTHER , that copies of this resolution be furnish to the offices concern.

ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY , this 2nd day of February 2023, by the Sangguniang Kabataan
members in its Regular Session held at Barangay Multipurpose Hall of Barangay San Isidro, Padada,
Davao del Sur.
