Technical Plan

2.1 Production Process


Procedure:

 Carefully select raw peanuts and roast them evenly to enhance their
natural flavor and aroma.
 Allow the roasted peanuts to cool before mixing them with caramel.
2. Melt Sugar and Butter to Make Caramel
 Combine sugar and butter in a heated pan.
 Stir continuously over low to medium heat until the mixture turns
golden brown and achieves the desired caramel consistency.
3. Mix Peanuts into the Caramel
 Add the roasted peanuts to the caramel mixture.
 Stir thoroughly to ensure each peanut is evenly coated with caramel.
4. Pour onto a Flat Surface
 Pour the mixture onto a flat, non-stick surface or greased tray while
it is still hot.
 Spread evenly to achieve the desired thickness.
5. Cool and Cut into Pieces
 Allow the brittle to cool completely to harden.
 Once cooled, cut into evenly sized pieces for easy packaging and
portion control.
6. Package in Resealable Pouches
 Place the peanut brittle pieces into resealable plastic pouches to

3.1 Form of Business
Even though RSE Peanut Brittle is a sole proprietorship,
Me and my two other members share duties in its
operations. Me are in charge of general business
decisions, product development, and financing as the
owner. One partner is in charge of production, making
sure the peanuts are roasted and the caramel is properly
prepared, while the other concentrates on marketing,
sales, and distribution. Every one of you helps with the
daily operations, which keeps the firm running smoothly
and effectively, even though you still have complete
control and accountability for it.
