008 Weekly Coordination Meeting Minutes – Lot I & Lot III – 16 April 2021

1 Meeting opened at 14:30am by Eng. and handed to Eng. for proceedings.
1. Minutes of Last Meeting
2 Eng. stated that the Minutes of Last Weekly Coordination Meeting on 02 April 2021
was distributed and if no comment is made, it shall be signed and returned.
2. Works of this and next week
2.1 No.1 Power House
3 Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) explained the site schedule that next lift of Concrete placement Cont(Hy)
of the bottom of Area 2 (refer “Appendix 1 & 2”), EL.953.300 to 955.000 will be
executed on April 19, 2021, and will carry out pouring concrete at bottom of Area 3
on April 28 or 29 (refer “Appendix 2”), EL.953.300 to 955.000.
Cont.(Lot I: PP) explained that they will embed steel pipe at bottom of area 2 before Cont(PP)
April 19.
4 Eng. asked Cont. (Lot I: PP) that there is any other work you need to coordinate
everyone?
Cont. (Lot I: PP) replied that there is no work to need coordination until April 19. Cont(PP)
5 Cont.(Lot III: Andritz) explained the site schedule from this week to next week Cont(III)
(refer “Appendix 3”).
Cont.(Lot III: Andritz) will install temporary bridge for unit-2 Draft tube after pouring
concrete Block-2.
2.2 No.1 Outdoor Switchyard
2.2.1. LOT I (Hyundai) Contractor work
6 Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) informed the completion target for the Fence will be on Cont(Hy)
Sunday 18 April 2021, the Engineer will check and confirm. The main entrance
gate will be still using temporary Gate.
7 Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) remind Cont.(Lot III) to provide their temporary ware house Cont(Hy)
with lock, to store their tools, Cont.(Lot III) agree to provide.
8 Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) informed the remaining Grounding installation will be Cont(Hy)
completed before handing over to Cont.(Lot III), the Engineer reminded the Cont.(Lot
I: Hyundai) to provide necessary documentation i.e. Drawings, Measurements
Records and Photos. The Joint Inspection with the Engineer shall be arranged.
9 The Engineer reminded the Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) to discuss with Cont.(Lot III) Cont(Hy)
about how to connect the Grounding Cable Risers to Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai)
Equipment. Most of the Grounding Cable Risers is short, Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) need
to extend the Grounding Cable to reach the Grounding terminal of Cont.(Lot III)
Equipment.
2.2.2. LOT I (PP) Contractor work

2.2.3. LOT III Contractor’s comments
6 Cont.(Lot III) informed their requirements for handing over (No.1 and No.2 Switch
yard) from Cont.(Lot I: Hyundai) to Cont.(Lot III) as follows; (refer “Appendix 4”)
a. Switchyard layout constructed as per drawing.
b. Foundations are available at required locations as per drawing.
c. Foundation bolts are installed in good condition with required length
above the foundation level.
d. Grounding risers available at all required locations, grounding resistance
value shall be as per design, not exceed 0.6 ohm for switchyard area.
e. Holes are available on the cable trench wall for cable through to
switchyard equipment at necessary locations.

Ref Discussion Action
7 Eng. informed that the Cable Trench at 20kV Dead End Pole has been finished
and Cont.(Lot III) Conduit has not been installed.
Cont.(Lot III) advised their option after the meeting:
a. Their previous plan to install the conduit after the installation the Pole, Cont.(Lot III) will
make Holes on the Cable Trench Wall for their Conduits.
b. If the above option is not possible, Cont.(Lot III) will re-route the Conduit from the top,
using Steel Conduit.
8 Cont.(Lot III) informed their plan to start the works at No. 1 Switchyard for the
installation of Gantry Tower at the beginning of June 2021. (refer “Appendix 6”)
2.3 No.2 Outdoor Switchyard
2.3.1. LOT I (PP) Contractor work
9 Cont.(Lot I: PP) stated the site status and schedule as below. Cont(PP)
(1) LOT-I (PP) have discussed with LOT-III (Andritz) regarding the anchor bolt
material. Since LOT-I (PP) have already known the material specification and
details from LOT-III (Andritz), LOT-I (PP) decided to order and now waiting for
the material mobilization. LOT-I (PP) stated that tomorrow (17/04/2021) the
supplier will confirm about the status of the materials.
(2) LOT-I (PP) mentioned that the progress was almost the same as last week.
The retaining wall is still in progress on the right side. Additionally, the
requested the temporary counter measure from LOT III has been installed.
(3) LOT-I (PP) stated that the cutting area near entrance gate is now under
construction. Also, cleaning foundation surface and chipping work is almost
complete.
(4) LOT-I (PP) explained that fence installation is now in progress. However,
gate construction is still waiting for drawing approval. It will be finished
after Lebaran Day.
2.3.2. Lot III Contractor’s Comments
12 Cont.(Lot III) stated comments as below. Cont(PP)
(1) LOT-III (Andritz) responded that they already got the material data from the India
Head Office. Then, LOT-III will make a list, quantity, and will distribute to LOT-I
(PP). However, it takes some time.
(2) LOT-III (Andritz) recommends LOT-I (PP) to remove the content (anchor bolt) and
should be replaced by the new one.
(3) LOT-III (Mr. Takahashi) requested LOT-I (PP) to hand out the weekly schedule
before the meeting, so everybody can understand what is actually being talked
about.
(4) LOT-III (Mr. Takahashi) asked LOT-I (PP) submit the drawing and method
statement before start the grounding construction.
