SK RESOLUTION No.011 Series of 2024
A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. WARWIE ARCHIE T. DE LOA AS
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY LAOIS, LABRADOR, PANGASINAN.
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, The Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be
appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of
the majority of all the SK members (SK members from the among the members of SK)
WHEREAS, Mr. Warwie Archie T. De Loa is appointed by SK Chairperson Trisha Mel A.
Yaneza as the SK Treasurer subject for the concurrence of this body;
WHEREAS, Mr. Warwie Archie T. De Loa possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications as the SK Treasurer as provided under the Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Christian Inacay, duly seconded by SK
Kagawad Ma. Angeline Nario, it was;
BE RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the above appointed SK Treasurer
Brgy.Laois,Labrador, Pangasinan, is hereby CONCURRED.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that an appointment letter be issued to Mr. Warwie Archie T. De
Loa as the SK Treasurer and to determine the tenure of his position;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Department of Local &
Interior Government – Local Municipal Office and the Local Youth Development Office
Labrador,Pangasinan for their information and record.
