Has anyone formulated or come across a tutorial on using embedded MySQL with C++ other than the info at http://www.mysql.com ? Thanks! |

Hello, I'm looking for some guidance on a Win32 API question. I have a dialog = that has lots of different options, too many to put on a single dialog reasonably, but it lends itself well to a tabbed display, with certain groups options on each page. Here's the problem: I have never built a tabbed dialog like this, = before, and can find relatively little of use through Google or MSDN. I can get = a simple dialog based on the Win32 TAB control or on the Property Sheet controls. Property sheets seem easier, in most respects, but it's = unclear to me whether or not I can put anything in the dialog box other than = property sheets. There are a few controls - mostly buttons - that I would like to have visible below the tabbed portions. Should I use the TAB controls? I'd like to get this right before coding = the whole thing. Thanks! -Ed |

Hello, I looked in the Output Debugger message, and says simply: "Executable file could not be loaded in the debugger" I changed the Project Options to reference "main.exe" as the output... but nothing happens, the error continues... I already put the -g3 parameter in compiler options. Juan |

You know what I would do? I would solve the whole thing by not using the
char array, just use the std::string.
The program is a C++ program, and as a C++ programmer you have to master
the object oriented paradigm. Forger about char, that's a more 'C' kind
of style!
Have good one!!
