Hello, I have tried and tried, but I am unable to figure out what I am doing wrong. I want to compile a project containing 2 source files. One source has the main function, and the other file just has the function that I would like to call from the main. I am just beginning to learn how to program and am just trying out new things. I just can't get by this little stumbling block. Can someone offer advise? --=20 Paul Lane KC9EYE ---------------------------------------------------------------------------= -- "Life after all, is a fatal disease, and the mortality rate=20 for humans, at the end of the day is 100%." Dev-C++ returns: I downloaded IBPP 2.3.1.1 and 2.3.4.0 but I could not compile it. I suggest to go to the Project-> Project Options->Parameters and add some library or Object to your project. It look like that not get the compiler some library. > > [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' > [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' > [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' > [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' > [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' > Krisztian |

I've noticed that when I close Dev C++ 4.9.9.2, the program doesn't seem = to close properly. The button is no longer on the task bar, but it is = still in the system process list. When I go to shut down my computer, I = am told that Dev C++ "is not responding", even when I have closed it a = while ago. Has anyone else had this problem? |

I hope that is what it is all about. I am a newbie also and think this should be a resource for all. gch |

Hello! I've obtained in 'Net (not in devpaks.org) the IBPP DevPak for DB development with Firebird. But I couldn't compile even the test apps (I'm using Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2). Dev-C++ returns: multiple definition of `typeinfo for IBPP::Exception' first defined here multiple definition of `typeinfo name for IBPP::Exception' first defined here [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' [Linker error] undefined reference to `_Unwind_Resume' more undefined references to `_Unwind_Resume' follow [Linker error] undefined reference to `__gxx_personality_v0' ... (and so on, giving so much errors to copy here, until)... ld returned 1 exit status Any ideas? Could I compile with Dev-C++ de IBPP sources? Have any other DevPak for Firebird development libs? I need it to develop a Firebird-ready app. Thanks for everything! --------------------------------- Yahoo! Acesso Grátis: Internet rápida e grátis. Instale o discador agora! |

My problem is that I can not use the GTK+ to develop with.
I downloded with the Packege manager everything what is similar to GTK.
It was some requirement when I install the packages so I downloaded
something for the GTK what I think was installed to the c:\Program
Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\ palce.
My question is that why It's not work?
